Minister to Students

The goal of this position is to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and strategic vision to the Student Ministry by investing in the spiritual maturity and growth of our students (80-100 on a regular basis); identifying and equipping a team of lay-leaders (35-40 core volunteers); and partnering with parents in the discipleship of the next generation. He/She will collaborate with staff, lay leaders, and parents to equip our Middle School and High School students to grow in their love for Jesus, take greater ownership of their faith, and share the Gospel with others.

Minister of Community Life

The goal of this position is to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and strategic vision to the Life Groups, Men’s, and CYA (College Young Adults) Ministries. The ideal candidate will be biblically and theologically rooted; possess a shepherding heart; is highly relational; and will have a track record of developing, discipling, and deploying ministry leaders. The Minister of Community Life will have a passion for cultivating authentic, Gospel- centered communities, where people can nurture their love for Jesus and share their faith, while growing together towards Christlike maturity.

Worship & Production Administrative Coordinator

This is a full-time, non-exempt, administrative assistant position (40hrs weekly) that provides direct support to the Minister of Worship in Worship Ministry and Production. This individual will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, ensuring all related interactions are positive and processes are productive. This role requires multifaceted and efficient task management within a fast-paced environment—executing with precision and maintaining a consistent practice of excellence. Capability to execute responsibilities with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, constant discernment in communication (verbal, written, and non-verbal) and a fundamentally forward-thinking nature will be vital in this role.

Pre-Teen Administrative Assistant

The goal of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the Children’s Minister and the Cityview Kids’ Team by assisting in a variety of administrative and event planning tasks, specifically working with our Pre-Teen Students (3rd-6th grade). This role is designed to assist in executing the core values and goals of the Cityview Kids Ministry.

The Pre-Teen Administrative Assistant will be working under the supervision of the Children’s Minister.

Adult Ministries Administrative Assistant

This position will provide support for the Adult Ministries of Cityview Bible Church. This includes Marriage Ministries, Life Groups, Men’s and Women’s Ministries, and College & Young Adults (CYA). This position requires someone who is fully devoted to Christ, a committed member of Cityview, strong in administrative skills, highly organized and relational, and can work at a fast pace.
