Our Mission
Cityview Bible Church exists to multiply disciples and plant churches that declare the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ to every man, woman, and child.
Our Story
Cityview Bible Church was planted in Round Rock, TX in September 2007 as part of the Association of Hill Country Churches. We are one church of over 25 in this movement of churches who desire to impact Greater Austin and beyond with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Over the past nearly 20 years, we have grown to serve the needs of our community and share the love of Jesus around the world, partnering with local and global organizations. Today, God is still extending His faithfulness, favor, and grace. As we continue to grow, He continues to provide us with opportunities to reach every man, woman, and child in our city and beyond with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ.

More Beliefs and Resources
We believe the gospel message teaches us that we are not made right with God through our obedience to
His commands (our works), but we obey His commands because we have been made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ (the gift of grace). The order is essential to understand true Christianity. If we cannot work our way into a right relationship with God, how then can we be saved? By believing in Jesus and calling on His name.

Church Planting
Cityview Bible Church was planted in Round Rock, TX in September 2007 as part of a movement of churches who desire to impact Greater Austin with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The first Hill Country Bible Church was started in 1986 as one church of 17 believers and has grown into a movement of thousands of growing disciples engaged in over 25 vibrant churches throughout Greater Austin and beyond.
Our association of churches has a three-pronged strategy to reach the millions of men, women, and children who who call Greater Austin their home:
- Individual Responsibility: multiplying disciples
- Corporate Responsibility: planting spiritually vibrant and strategically located churches
- Regional Responsibility: partnering with like-minded ministries. Our church has participated in church-planting since 2009.
