Hope Unbound: Breaking the Chains of Destructive Habits

We are complex beings – mind, body, and soul – and every part of us is involved in the habits that form us. Our bodies get used to certain routines, our minds are changed by the patterns we maintain, and our hearts find solace and peace in that which is familiar. Changing our long-term habits can be extremely hard to do. During our series in January, 2017, at Cityview, we will learn how to find hope in the midst of destructive habits. We will see how God sets people free: how we walk in the light and not in darkness, how new habits replace our old habits, how we lean on God and other people for help, and how we can become brand new.
